The passionate Imaginelle team formulate and manufacture an extensive range of innovative, natural, organic and environmentally responsible skincare, cosmetics, personal care, baby, pet care and wellness products for several of Australia's most reputable and up-and-coming brands.

Our talented formulation chemists have developed some of Australia's most recognisable skincare and beauty products and come with decades of combined experience in the skincare game.

We partner with brands to assist with product ideation, formulation, testing and packaging solutions through to large-scale manufacturing in our GMP ISO 22716 accredited lab and production facility from our factory in the beach town of Newcastle, NSW and ship them directly to your business or distribution centre ready for market.

Gabby Magin
Co-founder

I have close to 10 years experience in skincare manufacturing. I love taking a brand’s brief and watching our team create amazing and innovative products that exceeds our client’s expectations. I have personal experience in PR in the film industry before moving to the food manufacturing industry.

I love spending time with my children at the beach or park, watercolour painting, yoga and exercising.

Will Magin
Co-founder & Managing Director

I have been manufacturing cosmetics for a long list of Australia’s leading beauty brands for the past decade, since starting Imaginelle. I love working with our clients and creating long lasting partnerships centred around amazing innovative cosmetic and personal care products.

Prior to starting Imaginelle, I ran an organic food manufacturing facility that sold products to Australia’s leading grocery chains.

Victoria Pedersen
Marketing & Communications Officer

I have been with Imaginelle since 2021 and have a background in the beauty space, having worked for Estee Lauder Nordics. I love connecting with our clients and understanding what drives their values for making wholesome beauty products.

When I’m not in the office, I’m spending quality time with my partner and 3 kids, riding our bikes to the beach for a swim and a good cappuccino.

I’ve been in the industry for over 5 years and joined Imaginelle in November 2022, looking for a new venture where there was vast potential for growth.  The team is very close knit and I love that we’re all focussed on quality for the customer and continual improvements for Imaginelle.

I love the dynamic working environment, with new and exciting projects always coming and evolving.

I was previously a biotechnologist in the pharmaceutical sector. Over the course of the last decade, since becoming a cosmetic chemist, I’ve formulated products for many of Australians favourite skincare brands. My passion in the industry keeps growing. My personal drive is making products that make people feel good, when they buy it, when they use it and beyond.

I have been working in warehouse facilities for a number of years and I still find manufacturing products so fascinating. The high level of Imaginelle’s production quality drives me everyday and I enjoy being surrounded by colleagues who share the same values as me.

On the weekends and in my spare time I like surfing and riding my bike with mates.

Melanie Toohey

I joined the contract manufacturing and production industry over 5 years ago. The diversity of the job really appeals to me, where working on so many different projects and clients is the thing I enjoy the most.

I grew up in the country, so I love horse riding and being outside. I also really enjoy cooking outdoors and connecting with nature.

I have worked in research and development in cosmetics for 4 years now, where formulation is my strong point. I like that my job at Imaginelle allows me to really connect with clients and brands, who share our ethos of sustainability and low toxins.

Out of the office, I like to spend time with family and play around with music.

Our manufacturing facility is run in accordance with International cosmetic contract manufacturing standards and is internationally accredited with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) ISO22716 cosmetic certification.

We are also proudly SEDEX 4 Pillar (social and environmental) accredited, which is the world leading and most recognised ethical supply chain audit process and industry standard in skincare and cosmetic contract manufacturing.

Every product batch produced goes through several stages of rigorous quality control. We retain samples for a minimum of 2 years for all batches and we have full traceability via batch tracking and sophisticated cosmetic software, certificates of analysis for each raw material used right through to the finished product.

We segregate conventional and organic ingredients and finished product in accordance with our Australian certification guidelines. Our in-house quality control team conduct microbiological testing and ensure products meet specifications prior to market release, assuring our clients the highest of quality standards in the industry.
